At Alabama Women’s Health Care, Dr. Fiore strives to provide the highest standard of medical and surgical care; along with compassion and understanding for his patients. Obstetrics, Gynecologic and Aesthetic/Wellness are some of the services that are offered at Alabama Women’s Health Care. Joseph A. Fiore, M.D.

Dr. Joseph Fiore combines his extensive education from the University of Alabama and the University of Tennessee, Memphis, with a deeply personal approach to care at Alabama Women’s Health Care. Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, he's not just a physician but a trusted guide in wellness, aesthetics, and education, serving as the OB/GYN Clerkship Director for UAB Medical School. Away from the clinic, Dr. Fiore's heart belongs to his family, with whom he loves to travel, play tennis, and create memories.

Carol Marie Brazier, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C

Marie Brazier, with over 20 years in women's health and a Master from Frontier Nursing University, plays a crucial role at Alabama Women’s Health Care since March 2020. Her diverse experience spans from emergency obstetrics to surgery units and childbirth education. Married to Doug for 27 years, with three children and two grandchildren, Marie enjoys travel and family time outside her dedicated practice.

Doctor Fiore is an amazing doctor with wonderful bedside manner. I had a full hysterectomy, and he was extremely cautious after learning of family history of cancer. Every office visit is comfortable and he always addresses any questions or concerns I may have. He is not afraid to send his patients to a specialist, if needed. I went to Dr. Fiore since I was pregnant with my 2nd child 20 years ago. I now have 5 beautiful girls, 4 delivered by Dr. Fiore.
